What information does GoFlow collect through this site?
This Privacy Notice explains how the GoFlow website, staffing calculator, live chat and booking calendar handle information. These pages are for business staffing enquiries only.
Can you use the calculator without optional tracking?
The calculator performs its arithmetic on your device. You can model costs without accepting analytics or advertising cookies. Exact financial inputs are not included in GA4 or Meta event payloads.
What is saved when you ask GoFlow to respond?
If the secure form is available and you choose to submit it, GoFlow may save your business contact details, selected role and healthcare area, broad staffing and timing ranges, broad result ranges, readiness score, consent record and limited source information in its GoHighLevel account. Your exact salary and calculator amounts stay on your device.
Which privacy choices can you make?
- Necessary: security, consent preferences and the lead submission you request.
- Functional: loading Jon Ostrofsky's GoFlow booking calendar and the GoFlow live chat.
- Analytics: consented GA4 page and calculator-use events without contact details or financial values.
- Marketing: your choice about GoFlow ad measurement. Completing the calculator or clicking a button does not by itself create a lead.
Can you submit patient information?
No. This site is for business staffing decisions. Do not submit patient names, contact details, diagnoses, symptoms, treatment, medication, medical records, claim or member numbers, patient messages or any PHI/ePHI through the calculator, calendar or live chat.
Which services support these pages?
Cloudflare hosts the web application. GoHighLevel provides the booking calendar, live chat and requested business-enquiry storage. Google Analytics 4 loads only after Analytics consent. Meta-related ad measurement is limited by your Marketing choice and does not receive exact calculator values.
Where may information be processed?
GoFlow works across the United States and South Africa, and its service providers may process business enquiry information in other countries. The exact role, system access and data-handling requirements are confirmed separately before any staffing engagement.
